1. Forgot my User ID/Password. What should I do?

Click on the "Forgot your Password?" in the left navigation bar and enter your "E-mail Address". Your "User ID" and "Password" will be mailed to you immediately.

Your email address should be the one given in your profile. Forget Password

2. How do I change my password?

• Login using your "User ID/ Email" and "Password".
  
  
• On the "My Kumbam" page in the left navigation bar click on "Change Password".
  
  
• Enter your current password.
  
  
• Enter your new password and confirm the same. Click on "Update" button.
  
  
• Your new password will be activated immediately and can be used from the next time you login. Change Password
  

3. Why do you take 12 hours for validation?

Validation of profiles is done manually. Our support team meticulously validates each and every profile carefully on specific criterion before it is added to our database. Hence, it takes 12 hours to validate all the profiles that are being added on one particular day.

4. How do I modify my profile?

To modify your profile contents,

• Login using your "User ID/ Email" and "Password"
  
  
• On the "My Kumbam" page click on the "Edit My Profile" option in the left navigation.
  
  
• You can modify the profile contents that are displayed and confirm it by click on the "Update" button.

5. Is it possible to restore the deleted profile?

Your profile once deleted from our database cannot be restored/ reactivated.

6. How can I view all the members I have bookmarked?

You could bookmark any member who strikes your interest. You could view the list on the bookmark page from the My Kumbam page.

7. How do I ignore profiles?

After logging into your account and searching for profiles if you find a profile unsuitable for you, you can click on the "Ignore" option. It will be added to your ignored profiles list.

8. How do I view/ edit book marked profiles?

• Login using your "User ID/ Email" and "Password".
  
  
• Click on the "Bookmarked Members" in "My Kumbam" on the left menu.
  
  
• You could view and edit the Bookmarked members on that page.
  

9. How do I view/edit ignored profiles?

• Login using your "User ID/ Email" and "Password".
  
  
• Click on the "Ignored Members" in "My Kumbam" on the left menu.
  
  
• You could view and edit the Ignored members on that page.
  

A free membership is ideal for starters. As a free member, you can Post your profile, Add your photos, Receive mails of matching profiles, Use "Express Interest" to send an automated message expressing your interest to a member.

You can receive messages from Paid Members and you can reply to their messages. The messages sent by Paid Members will be stored in your "Received Messages" folder in your "My Kumbam Account" directly along with their e-mail address and other contact information (if they have mentioned). You can login to your account to check the received messages.

Free members will be intimated through e-mails about the profiles matching their "Partner Preference" criteria.
